Joe Petrucelli
We are sad to report the passing of Joe Petrucelli, a long-time referee and assignor in our program. Joe was a kind 
and calm official on the pitch who loved to officiate youth games more than the higher level games he could have done. While he had a residence in Florida, Joe split his time between there and Virginia and continued to come up and certify with DC/Virginia each year.

While he had a residence in Florida, Joe split his time between there and Virginia and continued to come up and certify with DC/Virginia each year.A rosary service will be held at 5:30 PM on Monday, June 9, at Covenant Funeral Service Stafford Chapel. Visitation will follow until 8:00 PM. A mass of celebration will be held at noon on Tuesday, June 10 at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fredericksburg. Burial, with military honors, will follow at 2:00 PM at Quantico National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, Box 1848 Longmont, CO 80502.
Joe will be sadly missed by all of his friends in the referee community and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time.
