Regional Pro Clinic

Details Now Available

The Metro DC-Virginia State Referee Program, in conjunction with the Maryland State Referee Program, is pleased to announce a Regional Pro Clinic for state referees who are eligible to work the professional level games. The clinic will be held at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) on March 4, 2006 and will be conducted by USSF instructors/assessors Esse Baharmast and David McKee.

The instruction portion of the clinic will be held in Lecture Hall 3 of the Administration Building at UMBC beginning at 9:30 am.  As part of this clinic, there will be a physical fitness test at 8:00 am which will be administered at Howard Community College located approximately 15 minutes from UMBC. This location was selected because of its new track as well as the availability of locker room and showers. If you plan to take the physical fitness test, please plan to be there by 7:30 am.

There will be a small breakfast and lunch available for a fee of $10.

Directions to both locations, as well as an agenda, will be sent to you prior to the clinic.

The session is open only to referees eligible to work the pro level games and to national and state referee instructors and assessors.

This clinic has limited registration and you MUST pre-register no later than February 27.  Please contact Paul Mungra, SDI at prmungra@cox.net or the State Referee Program Office at mdcvasrp@erols.com no later than February 27.  If you have previously expressed an interest, please confirm again so that an accurate attendance list may be created.
