The following MDCVSA adult leagues/divisions have been designated as "Top Division 1 Leagues"

for assessment of referees attempting to upgrade to or maintain Grade 5.

The Development Academy U-18 and CCL U-18 and U-19/20 leagues can be used to fulfill the youth game requirement.

All new candidates for upgrade to Grade 5 must submit a comprehensive list of their games

that count for upgrade to Grade 5 to the SDA prior to their upgrade approval. This list should

include at a minimum, the game date, league, division, teams and assignor’s name. This does

not apply to former Grade 5s who are attempting to return to their previous grade.
