THIS RTS CLINIC IS NOT FOR NEW REFEREES OR FOR RETURNING GRADE 8 OR GRADE 9 REFEREES. 
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND CLINIC ENROLLMENT
FOR 2014 CERTIFICATION IN THE NEXT ARTICLE. 
 
NOTE:  GRADE 7 REFEREES MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM THEIR STATE ASSOCIATION TO ATTEND THIS RTS.
 
Welcome to the 2014 RTS!
 
This year's RTS will be held at the NVCC-Woodbridge campus with the fitness test right across the street at the Freedom High School Track. To register for the RTS, you must first sign up at the USSF website. Clinic fee is $50. Seats are limited. Priority will be given to the National Referees, National candidates, National instructors/assessors, and FIFA referees and ARs. If we exceed our seating limit, with input from the state associations, the lower grade registrants will be removed from the roster with full refund to make room for the upper grade registrants.
 
If you are state administrators, please identify your position in the "State Affiliation" field. This year USSF will only conduct the fitness test for National Referees, National Candidates, FIFA Referees and ARs. If you need the fitness test, please mark "fitness test" after your state affiliation. We will administer the fitness test on Saturday morning after USSF's test depending on time and number of referees who need to be tested.
