The Metro DC-Virginia State Referee Program was well represented at the Dallas Cup that was held in March.  Here are some of our referees standing with Esse Baharmast (far right in red), former US FIFA (1998 World Cup), who is currently working for FIFA as a technical instructor in the Referee Assistance Program (FIFA RAP) and coordinates the instruction and preparation of the referees for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.  This photo was taken on a break following a clinic conducted by Brian Hall and Esse which was informative to all present.
